We're seeking an experienced SEC Reporting Manager to join our finance organization and lead the preparation, review, and filing of our external financial reports. You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, partnering closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and senior leadership. This is a great opportunity for a technically strong CPA who wants to grow in a stable, people-first environment.
Lead the preparation and filing of all SEC reports, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other required filings
Manage the quarterly and annual reporting calendar to ensure timely, accurate submissions
Oversee XBRL tagging and ensure compliance with SEC and GAAP requirements
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during quarterly reviews and the annual audit
Support the preparation of earnings releases and related investor materials
Monitor new accounting standards and SEC guidance; assist with implementation and documentation
Maintain and enhance internal controls over financial reporting
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in reporting workflows
Mentor and support junior team members as needed
6+ years of SEC reporting experience
Active CPA license
Public accounting experience required (Big 4 or national firm strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules, and financial reporting requirements
Experience with Workiva, Oracle, SAP, or similar reporting tools
Current experience in a publicly traded company
